Discord server guide
The Discord server is the community hub: news, server status, support, squads and playtests. Linking it is part of every account.
Join with the permanent invite: discord.gg/tGyTgqSKU. If you created your account first, you're already in.
Growing with the game
The server is open now. The bot, account linking, faction wings and the commands below switch on before the first playtest; until then, the welcome channels are the place to follow along.
First steps
- Read #rules and accept them. The server asks a few onboarding questions before you can see the channels.
- Link your account in #link-your-account, or from the account page (see Getting started). Until you link, you can read the welcome channels but can't post.
- Pick your faction in the game. Your Discord role follows it and opens your faction's wing.
Channels
| Category | What's there | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome | #rules, #link-your-account, #announcements, #patch-notes, #status (live server status, updated every 5 minutes), #faq | everyone |
| Support | #support (one forum post per question), #bug-reports, #feedback, #store-and-keys (answers about purchases and keys) | everyone; posting after you link |
| Task Force wing | briefings, general chat, looking for group, intel and clips; voice channels for squads | Task Force players |
| La Guardia Serrana wing | the same channels for the other side | La Guardia Serrana players |
| Playtest | one channel per playtest wave, playtest bug forum, playtest announcements, playtest voice | invited testers |
The two faction wings are completely separate. You hold one faction role at a time; when you switch sides at a wipe, your role and wing switch with you.
Roles
Roles come from your account and update automatically; you don't need to ask for them.
- Linked: your game account is linked. Needed to post.
- Task Force or La Guardia Serrana: your faction.
- Playtester and a wave role: you're in a playtest wave.
- Other roles reflect what you own and your standing in the game.
Staff and moderator roles are given by the team.
Bot commands
Replies are private to you unless a command posts in a channel on purpose.
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
/link | sends you your personal link and shows whether your account is linked |
/status | server regions, queue times and any ongoing incident |
/stats | your stats card (raids, survival rate, favourite weapon); add a player to see their public card |
/respect | your respect standing and recent changes |
/report bug | opens a form; the bug goes straight to the team's tracker and you get its ID |
/report player | report a player for cheating or abuse |
/playtest request | joins the queue for the next playtest wave and shows your tester agreement status |
/key help | explains activation keys, cancelling and generating a new one |
/lfg | posts a looking-for-group card in your wing (squad size 2–4, map, note) |
/wipe | time until the next announced wipe or season |
Rules that are enforced automatically
- Never post an activation key. The bot deletes any message that contains one and alerts the moderators. Keys only work for their owner, and staff will never ask for yours.
- Spam, mass mentions, invite links to other servers and slurs are blocked.
Rich Presence
The game can show what you're doing on your Discord profile: In the Shelter, Matchmaking, In raid — Echo Canyon, or Spectating, plus your squad size. It never shows raid time, your position, your faction or anything else another player could use. You can turn it off in the game's settings.
Privacy
We keep your Discord ID, user name, avatar and when you linked. We don't store your messages; the only exception is the offending part of a message that breaks the rules, kept for 30 days as moderation evidence. Deleting your game account deletes the link.
